I wish I had a different experience than what I did. If you need an item quickly and you pay the high cost of priority shipping, chances are you will not receive your package within the time expected. Management has a very careless attitude toward customers and making things right. My package showed up 5 days after I paid for 2-day priority shipping. After having to push, raise my voice, and make multiple calls, I finally got a nice woman to hear me out. She was empathetic (unlike management) and refunded me in full. Why companies like CPS feel the need to ignore customer complaints like this is baffling, especially when business is not good right now in the middle of a pandemic. No customer should have to fight for what they purchased, and this is exactly what CPS made me do. It was an awful experience. NOTE: do your research and read the reviews that are all over the Internet. While CPS's rating is fairly high for the most part, be sure you drill down into the low ratings -- you will see that there is a consistent problem with shipping on time, refunding, and management ignoring the issues. Needless to say, this one-time customer will never use CPS again.
