Viralys Oral Powder is recommended for the treatment and control of the feline form of the herpes virus. It is also useful in the treatment of the ocular and respiratory related symptoms that are often associated with the feline herpes virus. Also commonly known as rhinotracheitis, the feline herpes virus is quite common among cats. It is found especially frequently among environments that are the home of a large number of cats. It is also common in areas where new cats are consistently interacting with each other.
Each 1/4 teaspoon contains 250 mg of L-Lysine in a palatable base. The suggested dose for cats over 6 months of age is 1/4 teaspoon given orally twice daily. The suggested dose for kittens under 6 months of age is 1/8 teaspoon given orally twice daily. Adjust dosage as needed.
Store at room temperature.
