A safe, natural and effective formulation for maintenance and treatment

PATENTED. MalAcetic Otic is a general cleansing frequent use (up to 2-3 times daily) pH balanced product which is unique to others on the market in that it uses functional acids. While Acetic acid is widely known to be effective against yeast, the most common complication in ear problems, it is Boric Acid that the human literature claims to be the effective agent. Acetic acid is unique in its property to be effective against Pseudomonas, the culprit in swimmers ear, as well as other bacterial and microbes. It does not contain ototoxic agents such as chlorhexidine or salicylic acid found commonly in many ear products or detergents or artificial cleansing or dewaxing agents.
MalAcetic Otic is all natural, it does not contain alcohol, dyes, pain-killers or perfumes and is hypo-alergenic.

MalAcetic Otic product was acclaimed at the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology Roundtable on Ear Diseases in San Diego.

Active Ingredients: 2% Acetic Acid and 2% Boric Acid

MalAcetic® is available in an Otic/Ear & Skin Cleanser (peach and apple fragrance), Shampoo, Spray Condi- tioner & Wipes.

MalAcetic® is an all-natural, patented product for ears and skin with in-vitro3 and in-vivo1, 2 activity against Malassezia, Staphylococcus, Pseudomo- nas, and other bacteria and yeast. A mixture of the two acids is required to achieve uniform killing effect of all three of these microbes.

MalAcetic® Otic is an acidifying and drying ear and skin cleanser that can also be used to treat ear and skin infec- tions. Used daily for seven days without any other treat-ment,
MalAcetic® Otic successfully eliminates Malassez- ia Otitis.1, 2 It can also be used as a maintenance ear cleanser and to prevent reocurrence of infection.

Use MalAcetic® Shampoo, Spray Conditioner and Wipes in the treatment of Malassezia dermatitis and pyoderma, and for mainte- nance on those that are predisposed to Malassezia and pyoderma, and also those that have normal skin.

MalAcetic® has been demonstrated to have antifugal, anti-dermatophyte activity greater than a chlorhex- idene/miconazole product as demonstrated

in two studies.
