There are very few sure things in life and Bark Control is not one of them.
There is an old saying “Only the first dog to bark knows what he is barking at”.
There are a lot of bark control items on the market – some work better than others.  Some dogs are stubborn and will continue to bark in spite of all our efforts.

Basically, bark control falls into two main categories: 
Your dog and the neighbor’s dog.
Naturally, controlling your dog is easier than controlling your neighbor’s dog.  The best bark control on your dog is a bark control collar.  While these are not 100% they do come very, very close to it.
Controlling the barking of a neighbor’s dog is a completely different story.  You can not put a bark control collar on him so you must rely on an indirect method.  Here is where the ultra sonic controllers come in – it is the only hope you have.  You will usually achieve success providing the dog has normal hearing and the controller is within the effective range of the offending dog, which is usually up to 25 – 50 feet.  The ultra sonic controllers will work about 85 – 95% of the time.
